Terrible waste of valuable agricultural land. Goes against the following draft SWLP policies
- Preserving Agricultural Land,
- Protecting and Enhancing Landscape Character,
- Trees, Hedges and Woodland.
SG07 includes areas of established woodland and hedges - housing a wide range of wildlife which would be irrevocably lost.
There are business parks nearby - Tournament Fields, Budbrooke Industrial Estate, and Wedgnock Industrial Estate. The road network locally cannot cope with more industrial vehicles - already frequent gridlock into Warwick. The A4177 is busy and already dangerous for pedestrians and local traffic. A46 slip road backs up onto the main carriageway.
