If it's really necessary to to have new housing on this scale, the best option would be to extend existing 'new' settlements that will also include the infrastructure needed to support them i.e. offices, doctors surgeries, schools, shops etc. and also the transport links required to support the inevitable commuting and leisure travel.

East of Gaydon has been designed for this purpose and would provide these benefits with the minimum of time and cost and significantly less negative impact on the existing historically important area around Stratford and other towns and villages
