I agree with the draft policy regarding Protection of Sites, Habitats and Species. However, I am concerned at the lack of detail contained within this policy about such an important issue, and believe this should be expanded upon further.

We need to protect important wildlife corridors connected to nature reserves and vital wildlife site areas. This includes protecting them from the damage caused by noise and light pollution, as well as the destruction of ecosystems and habitats as a consequence of developments being built on inappropriate locations.
