The so-called Strategic Objectives, which are largely inconsistent one with the other provide a supposed justification for the authorisation of further building in an area already overcrowded and overburdened in the face of inadequate infrastructure of all types but principally the basic ones of roads/highways/transport, health provision, water supplies and education.
