It makes no sense to disrupt the beautiful wildlife in these rural areas. Its a beautiful village and will completely change the whole atmosphere of a rural village vibe. The hospital simply cannot accommodate the people in south Warwickshire as it is let alone another 8000 houses worth of people. The schools are already at maximum capacity and the traffic around south Warwickshire is already horrendous. The whole idea is totally unrealistic.
