I support the AOR policy in principle but forcefully object to reviewing Stratford designations. This will result in more inappropriate development and erode designations.

There are no demonstrable 'community benefits'. The community will lose a medieval ridge and furrow green field and suffer from development disturbances, ongoing traffic and environmental impact. Development on 492 and 827 will cause harm to the open nature of this area and to the conservation of nature and biodiversity.
Developers will exaggerate the community benefit
