Site 492 Land at The Greens, South of Alcester Road, SuA, and site 827 South of Alcester Road, SuA: Whilst I support the general AOR concept I strongly object to the review of Stratford designations. This is because a review will inevitably erode designations and lead to more inappropriate development on previously designated sites. The only community benefit of a development on this site will be to the home dwellers. The rest of the community will lose a green field, equestrian AOR and suffer from the development disturbance and ongoing traffic and environmental impact. Developers will exaggerate the community benefit.
