I question the inconsistency between SHLAA and HELAA assessment score and inclusion ratings. Site 492/827's low scores contradict previous Stratford SHLAA’s that rated it as red/unsuitable for development.

There are recognised access and road safety issues. Site 492 and 827 have been refused for planning twice before for this reason, amongst others.

492 and 827 lie alongside the designated Shottery Conservation area.

Ecological implications: It is inappropriate to build on a greenfield site, leading to devastation of birds, wildlife, and habitats.
