Traffic through village is very busy now when the M42 is closed.
The flooding through the village drainage is very poor.
Building over 2000 homes in Hockley Heath this is a small village is disproportionate to its current size
this would put undue strain on local services and facilities
South Warwickshire should consider the impact of this proposal along side other development neighbour
areas such as Dorridge Blythe Valley Bentley Heath and Knowle
Hockley Heath not major employment centre meaning most new residents would commute adding
strain to transport infrastructure, which we need more public transport.
