strategic growth site BW is an excellent example of why assessment of each site is required. The A3400 road and fields already flood regularly, in winter this results in increased RTCs particularly in an already notorious ratrun area around Billesley. There is no opportunity for natural runoff and the investment in infrastructure required to support drainage would make the site unattractive to developers.
