Infrastructure - roads, shops, GP practices etc - are not capable of offering sufficient capacity for several thousand families in such a concentrated area. HS2 has also heavily compromised the countryside in much of this area affecting wildlife and scenery. Not convinced this level of expansion is justified in Leamington given recent buildings on South side of town. Where will all these people work?
