Further development in Shipston on Stour will create mayhem due to a number of factors including
> Current lack of public facilities already an issue (school / doctors etc)
> Current limited transport network and parking
> Lack of jobs in local area
> The fact that SOS is subject to major flood risk
New Housing is important - but so are the lives of existing home owners
