No. The Councils should not be relying on the few adopted Neighbourhood Plans. It is their duty to allocate Local Green Spaces for protection within their local plans and be proactive in regards to this important designation. There should be a major focus on this as it is common knowledge how fundamentally essential nature is to our mental wellbeing. Stop destroying our planet.
