Just a horrific idea to destroy a lovely small village by adding such a vast number of houses. It’s destroying perfectly good land, building on a floodplain (very important for the environment) which is just absolutely ludicrous and the surrounding infrastructure just isn’t capable of providing for more people, cars, and rubbish. Building on a floodplain is idiotic because if the houses aren’t all flooded then the surrounding area will be instead which will include all the roads, farmland and other peoples houses so that will cause a ridiculous amount of damage and hassle for everyone. Please don’t do it.
