Mostly supportive apart from the last point. It should be noted that large scale renewables can coexist with agricultural uses of land, and indeed may actually improve its productivity. For example large field scale solar PV on tall mounts can provide shade for some crops in hot summer months and thus reduce transpiration and water requirements. Work and knowledge on that is likely to continue to develop during the SWLP timescale, so I don't think it should be discount as suitable for high grade agricultural land.
