Solihull MBC has already built up to the county line. It is relying on Warwickshire to avoid urban sprawl through us maintaining our Green Belt protection. None of the Northern cluster of proposed sites SG22, 23 or 24 should be developed until other options outside Green Belt have been exhausted elsewhere in South Warwickshire.
