Draft Policy Direction 12 Location for Employment Growth
We broadly agree with the approach, but have considerable reservations about effective methods to ensure that only small scale B8 type uses are permitted in the Gaydon area. Robust policy controls are needed to constrain any warehouse type of use in this location.
