The proposal is ill-conceived and should it be approved, will have a serious negative effect on Shipston and its community. There is complete disregard for the culture and infrastructure for Shipston. Many people will be disaffected should this disastrous proposal be approved. Such an enormous number of new properties is not strategic growth, it is vandalism on an extreme scale.
