Proposed housing sites will increase rain run off onto existing properties, causing flooding, as has already happened.
Increased traffic pollution and noise
Spoiling character and general appearance of an historic market town turning it into an overdeveloped metropolis
Insufficient infrastructure ie roads, water, medical, schools, power and internet
Already had 2 large housing developments in last 3 years causing problems with sewage and traffic
