Shipston is already short of green spaces after lots of recent developments and infrastructure is also struggling to cope.
The Hanson Way is one of only a few local footpaths with views of the area.
Flooding is already an issue and will be worse if land on hillsides turned into housing.
Shipston is known as the Cotswold town just outside the Cotswolds but the whole character will change with so many more houses.
The recycling centre is included in the area suggested - this is vital for environmental reasons.
Drainage in Shipston isn't coping as it is.
