Building in this area will have a devastating impact on the surrounding villages of Stratford - Wilmcote, Bearly, Pathlow, Aston Cantlow, Snitterfield; including the outskirts of Stratford itself. The Birmingham road into Stratford is continuously congested; approximately 6000 new homes with residents will not ease this pressure. Warwickshire is known for its rural nature, much of which plays a key role in supporting natural wildlife in these green spaces. Deer inhabit near / on the proposed plan site. Local residents oppose these plans - ‘village life’ would appear to be no longer with busier roads,pollution,lack of green space,habitat loss.
