The amenities such as medical facilities, schools, sewage are already overstretched. Extra traffic generated from development off Fell Mill Rd would put the ancient bridges into Shipston and Honington under even more pressure and ruin a popular walk for many residents of the town as well as the additional traffic accessing the main road at a difficult junction.
