Complete abolition of land required and the infrastructure cannot support with regard to the traffic coming to and from Warwick on the Birmingham Road. There has not been any visible traffic assessment. Warwick access will become as Stratford is, queues for miles of cars to and from.
The plan will completely destroy Warwick if another 'town' is built at Hatton.
