I understand all of the strategic objectives need to be made but I do not agree with the proposals put forward with regards to using greenbelt for development purely on the basis of the landowners being willing to sell their land. Brownfield sites and degraded greenbelt should be used before any greenbelt land is considered in any way shape or form.

There is also a huge issue with the infrastructure within Stratford upon Avon and surrounding area which needs addressing before anymore development takes place. Rather than numerous hotels in the town centre may be apartments should be considered.
