• Decimation of the character of the area
• Irreversible negative impact on local flora & fauna
• Unprecedented abuse of Green Belt land
• Inadequate infrastructure. Local 'country roads' would be used to access the A46/M40 causing major congestion, degradation of local villages and an increase in potential accidents/road-related injuries, deaths.
• Adding circa 15K vehicles will adversely Impact local roads. The system would not be able to cope with such additional capacity.
• Increased risk of danger/injury to school children accessing multiple schools in the vicinity
• General area prone to flooding. Salters Lane frequently impassable.
