I strongly object to the proposal in the local plan to build 6,800 houses in the Bearley & Wilmcote area.
The area is in the Green Belt which should be protected, especially as it is agricultural land.
There is already inadequate infrastructure and this proposal will add to the lack of schools, health facilities, local shops and public transport to the local towns.
The very busy A3400 will cut through the site and divide the community. The increase in traffic through the local villages is of great concern where large volumes of speeding traffic is already dangerous to the locals
