Roads - inadequate for traffic increase already congestion/car parking issues
Emissions-detrimentally unhealthy higher levels,
Sewage system-already inadequate
Healthcare-massively overstretched.
Flooding- already a major issue, infrastructure inadequate
New development too near an existing town
Environmental/historical would have negative impact
Migration of people relocating, causing overpopulation of this area.
Revision required for areas to develop with less detrimental impact on people and area.
PC need to be open/honest/transparent with BW residents they have duty and moral obligation to be so
