There will need to be better road and public transport than there currently is and also community facilities (GP surgeries, schools, green/recreation and community centres, etc). Surgeries are already overwhelmed and bus services totally inadequate. There is a train line where only occasional trains stop at every station. Building more houses without extending facilities will be disastrous.
