This site would be completely unsuitable. Everyone who lives here enjoy the rural nature and village setting.

There is no way the surrounding roads could cope with the additional traffic.

There are efforts at enviroment/ biodiversity restoration the area. Heart of england have planted trees over 100 acres, and another local resident and I have planted trees over 20 acres. This development would be severely detrimental to the local environment.
