The conditions to build on the green belt at LS02 and LS 03 have not been met on the grounds that
• Tt would have a significant adverse impact on the openness of the area and character and appearance of the area
• It provided a valuable green lung to the access other areas of rural Warwickshire
• It prevents the coalescence of Milverton into Leamington Spa.
• The area provides valuable arable farmland which contribute to food security
There is no sustainable merit in adopting land north of Leamington and does not provide a clear sustainable neighborhood opportunity.
