Green belt should not be developed on. The proposed development sites in Kingswood would not be suitable for many reasons;
Heritage site
Conservation area
Roads are not suitable for an increase in traffic or construction vehicles due to a low bride which cannot be altered
Doctors is at full capacity
Not enough schools in the area
Not enough room for cycle paths or widening of the paths
It will increase the light pollution
Noise pollution
Ruin agricultural farming land
