Again this policy doesn't make sense as if one says yes or no it is agreeing to a contradiction.
Of course good value agricultural land should be prioritised but why build on this land at all when it in fact helps to feed animals who also need land for food to be grown. I believe parts of this document are misleading and the public are being asked to answer yes/ no on questions which don't have a yes/no answer when one actually reads the policy. Prioritise brownfield and not greenfield sites full stop.
