I believe that the wording of this policy is mis-leading suggesting that the warwickshire countryside will be protected when it actual fact it is saying the opposite. Where the character and bio-diversity of an area will be negatively affected and even harmed, this area should not be built upon. No amount of work by a developer will mitigate this.
