I live in Wilmcote village.
The Birmingham Road (A3400) is already overused by people commuting and visiting Stratford-upon-Avon - an area of historical interest. If the proposed 6,700 houses are built in this site all that traffic will come racing through our village increasing road traffic incidents, threatening child safety, wear and tear on our country lanes, throughout the entire build time.
The land will be destroyed - a habitat to deer, foxes, hedgehogs, small rodents and numerous varieties of butterflies.
This land is well-known for flooding. New build housing will simply move flood water to us.
