Green belt land is green belt land for a reason, it is to protect our countryside. It is immoral to create a narrative that justifies using green belt land anyway just because it suits.
People have chosen to live in Hatton Station and the surrounding villages because they want to live in the countryside, the proposed development is so large it will completely change the lives of everyone living locally. There are not good transport links, it is not an urban area, there are no enterprise hubs, this is an unsuitable location.
