Wedgnock Farm along with the proposed large development at Hatton would put intolerable pressure on rural local roads. When there is accidents on the M40 traffic comes through Warwick and the surrounding lanes which currently are unable to cope. These two proposed developments would cause gridlock in this area. The traffic in this area was recently severely disrupted during the road works outside the Hatton Locks development. Local people use the narrow lanes in the area to avoid this congestion which would only increase if these two developments were approved.
