53 Land Adjoining Mill House. Mill Lane very narrow and twisty. Entrance onto Old Warwick Road already quite dangerous. Railway bridge problem for construction vehicles. Existing services in area under stress and would need major expenditure if to cope with many more houses. Site is in canal conservation area. Lapworth Station insufficient capacity to be used as reason for major growth in Kingswood. No chance of being a 20 minute neighbourhood! No significant job opportunities in the local area so cars needed
