This is a ribbon development on a main road. It is too remote from the village centre and amenities.
It is unsafe due to need to cross the A road to reach anywhere else in the village. Footpath cannot be extended beyond Lewis Rd due to narrowing. It would need a controlled pedestrian crossing to make it safe to walk anywhere. On the top of a hill so poor position for visibility from all directions.
It seems this is the easy option because it neighbours on the fewest existing properties.
