-Access points in Church and Offchurch Lane are already difficult and dangerous. With increased traffic from planned development in Southam and the surrounding district, many of those residents will commute daily through the village. This would create unacceptable levels of pollution.
-Traffic management is needed and traffic lights controlling 4 traffic flow plus Offchurch will all concentrate at this point and would be extremely dangerous.
-Such a high density development in a beautiful rural setting will destroy the village forever.
-The diverse wildlife will disappear.
-The Council has a duty to protect the setting and this development is against this.
