-Any attempt to gain access to or exit from the proposed site whether it is by traffic lights at the junction of Church Lane/ School Lane or opposite The White Lion would create unacceptable traffic problems.
-Vehicles travelling along Offchurch Lane from the surrounding roads already have the greatest difficulty in joining the traffic flow along Southam Road- particularly vehicles coming from the east and these are going to increase in number because of developments at Southam and the proposal at Site 1 would make the situation much worse.
