My main objecttions are:
flooding - increased concrete putting additional stress on already flood prone areas
access - increased traffic on unsuitable local roads
urban sprawl - losing the identity of Cubbington village
loss of green field site - related to above and creating vast swarths of housing with no interspersed countryside
Building on green field sites sets a bad precedent and will encourage further urban sprawl
