Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

1) Wellesbourne has afulfilled its obligation to provide homes in its area.
2) Too many vehicles passing through village, especially along A429 Wellesbourne to JLR route.
3) Danger of floods, despite mitigation works carried out recently flooding occurred in January 2025 in properties near River Dene and tributaries e.g. Lawrence Mackie House, Willow Drive.
4) Primary and nursery schools are at capacity. Some children have to travel to the new school recently built in Leamington Spa.
5) Severe problems with gridlocked traffic near town centre and feeder routes in school holidays, market days (Saturdays and Bank Holidays).
6) Residents unable to leave homes on many occasions due to excess traffic jams.
7) Parking is seriously restricted or non-existent at busy times.
8) Medical facilities provided at Hastings House medical centre are nearly full.
9) Lack of facilities for charging Electric Vehicles.
10) Social cohesion is deteriorating. Lots of lonely people on new developments, especially those who do not drive.
11) Transport is deteriorating - buses serving the estates have been cut in frequency.
12) Despite the large number of houses being built in Wellesbourne, they are not for locals. There are not enough "Affordable or Shared Ownership" properties for young people or properties for older people to "downsize" to.
13) Not enough choice provided by two fairly small supermarkets. Residents travel to Stratford or Leamington Spa for their main shopping.
14) On Bank holidays, school holidays and "good weather" days there is vast overcrowding of local attractions e.g. Compton Verney Art Gallery and Charlecote Park N.T. property both closed on occasions due to being "full up".
15) Very little for young people except the small Sports centre.
16) No swimming pool.
