Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

I have been a resident in Hockley Heath for almost sixty years and I am very alarmed about building plans which would drastically alter our village; causing problems with health, transport and education.

The Green Belt spaces in our area would be spoilt, affecting the wellbeing of our residents, also harming wildlife.

The A3400 already floods and further development would increase this problem.

Hockley Heath is a village and further development would turn it into a small town.

The A4500 is already very congested at times and further development would add to this problem.

Our village school could not take many more pupils and we have no Doctors surgery or Pharmacy.

Solihull Council's local plan has stated that only small-scale development is appropriate for Hockley Heath.

The burden of the new population for schooling, transport, health and refuse collection would fall on Solihull Council although the development falls within South Warwickshire.

This would lead to ongoing disputes between the Councils over funding in the future.
