I have completed my comments on the various elements of the plan and I want to compliment you on the document. It is very well presented , clearly well thought through, extremely detailed and relevant.
My comment is that it is too long and simply to detailed to properly respond to. I'm retired, used to reading complex documents and have the time and motivation to work my way through it however I suffered from responders' fatigue. How anyone with a family, a job, a carer or a life! Would manage to complete the document is beyond me.
Your objective is no doubt to encourage the greatest number of responses across as many of the topics as possible but not withstanding time constraints would it not have been best to break it down into small sections over time. I do not want to patronise the person in the street, but this document does test your intellect and determination, particularly if attempted even over a few days.
For all that it is an impressive piece of work. Well, done to the team.
