Wilmcote is a GreenBelt conservation area with Historic Heritage and character
landscape providing cultural, tourism/local economy. Roads in and out already a Rat Run
,traffic and congestion increase expedential/wear on Wilmcote rural roads/junction
A3400, in turn affects Stratford economy. Cars needed to use Railway, Station road
too congested for extra parking/safety/pollution. Commercial vehicles go through
Wilmcote due to A3400 junction queues, cause bridge damage. Land best/versitile
Agricultural for food security on GreenBelt not Greybelt.
No protection from urbanization. Wildlife Habitats on Land and Canal destroyed
Flood Risk trippled. Severe impact on community health and safety. Heritage
damage/loss for future generations.
