* traffic already a problem, this would have a huge impact. Warwick Rd and Rouncil Lane are not adequate to cope
*no infrastructure to support more homes
*schools already oversubscribed
*join up leek wooten and Kenilworth? Just widening the boundary, not enough amenities
*shouldn't be selecting sites based on who wants to sell their land but consider wider impact on community
