Key terms like “sustainable development” are undefined, leading to potential misinterpretation. The plan also fails to properly address unmet housing needs from neighboring areas, which could result in poorly coordinated development. Without clearer definitions and stronger community backing, this vision does not adequately reflect local needs or priorities.
