I agree with the objectives, which are well written. I do have concerns which I will briefly list here but will probably repeat later. I am strongly against new development in green belt.
Prefer brownfield.
Concern over new housing adding to flooding risk and infrastructure being able to cope with sewage.
Concern that infrastructure done as an afterthought when it should be before or during development. This would include new schools, play areas, green areas and parks as part of development, doctors and hospitals. More affordable housing and starter homes.
Hope these comments is in correct place.
