A lot of words and hollow dreams,
services are already poor in and out of studley with limited bus services, if these were in place, proven to be affordable and reliable then alternatives to every home having two cars could be considered.
This report comes across as idealistic without evidence and or understanding as to how to make the strategy work. Current track record is poor, burdening the local environment with thousands of more homes more commuter traffic isnt green or biodiverse.
How much money was wasted with contracted services to print such long documents that add little value?!
