to summarise my opinion, its called THE LIMITS TO GROWTH. basically, you need to stop taking advice from economists, (economics being a pseudo science), educate yourselves, wake the .... up, do your job and scrap the entire plan. Its insane. If there is 'a housing crisis' build houses in cities that low income people can afford. and maybe reduce the numbers of people instead, and stop pandering to them. I attach energy graph which destroys the great unproven renewable energy transition hypothesis this whole 'everythings fine/we know what we are doing' plan depends on. you really don't.
